Katy Kung denies dating wealthy Malaysian businessman
16 Dec – TVB actress Katy Kung has recently denied rumours that she is dating a wealthy Malaysian businessman named Bryan.
According to On CC, the rumours sparked recently, after Bryan was reported to have invested and assisted in the opening of her new hot pot restaurant in Malaysia and gifted her with a white Porsche that has the plate number KB - supposedly representing their names; Katy and Bryan.
When asked about the rumours, the actress denied dating the said businessman, and stressed that her restaurant was an investment between her and a Hong Kong friend.
"We're just normal friends. Bryan did ask me and a few other TVB artistes to attend an event in Malaysia, which is how we first met," she said.
As to why she was seen next to Bryan in a lot of photos on social media, she said that she didn't recollect taking those photos.
"I took a lot of photos with friends," she added.
Katy stressed that she is too busy with work to start dating again, adding that she will be filming new series from January to September next year and will focus on her career since TVB has given her a lot of opportunities in 2020.
