  • According to royal commentator Rebecca English for the Daily Mail, Kate Middleton took part in the royal family's Boxing Day hunt, after all. She apparently hunted pheasants, partridges, and ducks on the Sandringham estate alongside other members of the royal family.

  • The Duchess of Cambridge apparently went out hunting in the afternoon of December 26, once the Boxing Day feast of "cold cuts" was over-after which Meghan Markle reportedly went home.

  • This isn't the first time that Kate has been spotted hunting, with English reporting that the duchess even owns her own shotgun.

Despite initial reports suggesting that only the male members of the royal family-including Prince William, Prince Harry, and Prince Philip-went on the traditional Boxing Day hunt this year, it's now been revealed that Kate Middleton also joined in.

Reporting for the Daily Mail, royal expert Rebecca English has revealed, via royal family sources, that the Duchess of Cambridge is a keen "markswoman," and that she joined in with the Boxing Day hunt after lunch. Previously, it was reported that while Meghan and Kate hadn't participated in the morning hunt, both supported their husbands at a Boxing Day feast of "cold cuts" of meat which was held at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate-which Prince Philip apparently spends much of his time since retiring.

This isn't the first time that the Duchess of Cambridge's hunting skills have been noted either. Kate has been photographed out hunting on several occasions:
