Kate Middleton Broke Her Own Etiquette Rule

Back in December, royal etiquette expert Myka Meier told Good Housekeeping that Kate Middleton never tucks her clutch under her arms because it's against etiquette.

"When the Duchess is at an event, she holds her bag in front of her in both hands when shaking hands might be awkward," Meier said. "Or she can place it in one hand to have the other free. It never gets tucked under an arm or placed on the ground or table." Photos of KMidd confirmed this:

But on Wednesday, the Duchess of Cambridge momentarily broke this rule during her solo trip in Luxembourg:
