Karena Lam hesitant about doing a prequel
9 Jul – Although her husband has no issue writing a prequel to the movie "Declared Legally Dead", Karena Lam is more hesitant about starring in that possible project.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who appeared at the film's celebratory banquet recently, was asked of her opinion about audiences' suggestion, to which she said, "Everybody knows that the director lives with me. I will just wait for him to write the outline."
"But if it was up to me, I would not make a prequel. I would rather let everybody remember this character forever as she is," she said.
On the other hand, Karena stated that she has had a great time touring around Hong Kong to promote the movie.
"As of 30th June, I have walked around Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. I really enjoyed meeting everybody, and hearing their opinions. It really made me reflect," she said.
When asked if she would ever bring one of her girls to see the movie, Karena smiled and said that the eldest has already seen the trailer and vowed not to watch her mother looking like that.
