Kam’s Roast to serve Michelin-starred meaty delights in Singapore
Meat lovers are set to flock to the Singapore outlet of Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast Goose from Saturday (19 November) onwards.
But they will not be able to savour at Kam’s Roast in Pacific Plaza the signature roast goose dish that is served in Hong Kong due to a ban on poultry imports from China, where Kam’s Roast Goose gets its supply from.
Still, Kam’s Roast has plenty of succulent dishes to satisfy foodies who crave for quality roast meat. Apart from roast duck and suckling pig, they can also order Kam’s famous wonton noodles and ‘toro’ char siu.
Hardy Kam, 43, founder of Kam’s Roast Goose, said the recipes and standards that have earned the Hong Kong restaurant its Michelin-star for three years in a row since its inception in 2014 will be adopted in Singapore.
