K-pop group Wanna One's fan meeting in Singapore almost sold out
Just two days after ticket sales for Korean pop group Wanna One’s fan meeting in Singapore began on 2 September (Saturday), most of the ticket categories have been sold out, with only CAT 3 ($128) available for purchase.
A quick check on the APACTix website shows that tickets in the VIP ($308), CAT 1 ($228) and CAT 2 ($168) categories are no longer available for purchase.
Earlier on Saturday (2 September), after sales had started, local concert promoter IME Singapore announced that they opened more seats for sale due to “overwhelming response”.

IME Singapore announced on 28 August via their Facebook page that the popular 11-member group would be visiting Singapore for the first time. Singapore was added to the group’s list of fan meetings around the region, which also include Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Wanna One was formed through an Mnet boyband survival reality programme, “Produce 101 Season 2”, where 11 members were voted into the boyband from 101 trainees.
They are a temporary group that will perform together for a year before they ‘disband’ and the members go their separate ways.
