Justin Bieber cancels Singapore concert, refunds to start from 1 Aug

Disappointed Justin Bieber fans who bought tickets to his Singapore concert will be able to get their refunds start from next Tuesday (1 August).

Earlier on Tuesday (25 July), the Canadian singer-songwriter announced that he would be cancelling the remainder of his PURPOSE WORLD TOUR, including his Singapore stop on 7 October at the National Stadium. According to the SportsHubTix’s ticketing page for the concert, the information has been updated to say it has been ‘cancelled’.

In a press release, local concert promoter UnUsUaL Entertainment stated that those who had purchased tickets will receive full refunds. Tickets can be refunded from 1 to 14 August. General public ticket sales went on sale a few days earlier on Saturday (22 July), while the earliest pre-sale for fans started on 17 July.

According to UnUsUaL Entertainment, all purchased tickets will receive a full refund. The refunds will be made depending on the original mode of payment via the following methods:

1) Payment by credit card – refund will be automatically credited to the same credit card used for the transaction. It will take 14 business days from 1 Aug for the credit card refund to be processed.

2) Purchases by cash or NETS – customers are to proceed to Sports Hub Tix with their tickets and photo ID at the address below between Tuesday, 1 Aug 2017, to Monday, 14 Aug 2017, for cash refund:

The refund hours are between 10am to 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays and public holidays. UnUsUaL Entertainment said the company, as well as concert partners TEM and AEG Presents, sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused.
