Juno Mak and Kay Tse's new song is eight minutes long

14 Jul – Following the success of their previous cooperation, Kay Tse and Juno Mak recently announced the third part of their collaborative album, which will start with the first single, "Chorus".

As reported on Mingpao, the two singers who appeared at a radio station to promote the said song, revealed that "Chorus" is eight minutes and 18 seconds long, and features their vocal performance from start to end.

"It took a year and a half to produce the song, and it will be included in part 3 of our album. I am looking forward to hearing all 30 songs from our three albums and see how it all ties together," said Juno, adding that the full album will be released on 12 December.

As to whether there will be a shorter version of the song seeing how long the original is, Juno stated that he wants to be loyal to the original and will not shorten it for promotions.

"We're trying to break the rules. People can accept new things," he said with confidence.

As for the music video, Kay stated that the pandemic had affected its production and that they have yet to complete it.

"The most important thing is to be careful. Safety is paramount. The staff needs to be comfortable enough to film. We have to do our best to face it together and not be too relaxed," she said.

Kay and Juno's "The Album Part One" was released in 2018, while its second part "The Album and the Rest of It" came out last year.
