Jungalow Founder Justina Blakeney Is Heading to Target as the New Home Style Expert
Justina Blakeney–Jungalow’s founder and the queen of modern bohemian home decor–is joining the Target team as the retailer’s new home style expert.
Blakeney shared the news in a recent Instagram post. “I believe deeply in the power of design to make a difference in every person’s life, that’s why I’m SO, SO excited that I’m joining the @Target team as a new Home Style Expert,” she wrote in the caption. “Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing inspo and tips for cultivating a beautiful and functional home on any budget!”

Her first task on the job was to design a bedroom–specifically, her own in Los Angeles–with Target’s Casaluna collection. “Designed with materials like 100% cotton, linen, and hemp, this collection is beautiful AND takes it easy on mama earth too,” Blakeney shared. “I went with Clay and Sage as the primary colors in this palette, channeling the colors of Taos, New Mexico.”
On Blakeney’s blog, she dives deeper into her design process and shares more photos of the space. You can even shop the wall art, decor, and bedding she used in her space from the Casaluna collection and other Target essentials right through her blog post.
