Joyce Tang is still recovering from leg injury
5 Jul – TVB actress Joyce Tang recently assured that she is doing much better now, following her previous leg injury.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared alongside Evergreen Mak and Elena Kong to promote the TV show "Bazaar Carnivals" recently, sated that she is still using a walking stick to walk nearly a month since the accident.
Explaining the said accident for the first time, Joyce said that she tore her ligament from doing a flying scene for her new movie, "Back to the Past", in mainland China.
"I just thought that it's better to do your own wire stunts. Fortunately, all my action scenes have already been completed by that time, and I only have several more scenes to shoot," she said.
As to how long it would take before she would fully recover, Joyce stated that the doctor estimated three to six months.
"Back to the Past" is the highly-anticipated film adaptation of Louis Koo's hit time-travelling TVB series, "A Step into the Past", which aired in 2000.
