Joyce Cheng invites MastaMic to upcoming concert

19 Jan – Hong Kong singer Joyce Cheng has recently released a new song with hip-hop artiste MastaMic, and revealed that he will appear at her concert as one of the guest performers.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who appeared at a radio show with the rapper to promote their new song, "Not Afraid", shared that she has always been a fan of hip-hop music and is elated to finally be able to release a song with the prominent hip-hop star.

"I am so happy that we hit it off really well," she said.

Joyce also added that she also hopes to record a few more songs before the Hong Kong Coliseum concert so she would have several new releases that she could share with her fans at the show.

When asked if her foot injury has recovered, Joyce, who broke her right leg while on a trip back in November last year, said that she has to rest for two more weeks before she can start her dance rehearsals.

In related news, the singer recently proved that she is one with a sense of humour when she released the poster of her upcoming concert, where she posed with her crutches and showed off her injured leg.

She aptly named the concert "Break a Leg".
