Jordan Chan has no plans to perform with son Jasper on stage

8 Apr – Although his concert tour "Stop Angry" is inspired by the now-famous words his son Jasper said to him on the Chinese reality show "Where Are We Going, Dad?", Jordan Chan has no plans to put his six-year-old on stage with him anytime soon.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who sat down for an interview recently shared that he would rather Jasper spend his time learning new things than performing with him.

"Even if he is interested, he is not allowed to go on the stage. Go home and read a book first. No need to do this," he said.

However, Jordan said that he may bring his son to his Macau show, though not as a guest on stage.

Although there is no chance for them to perform together, Jordan shared that Jasper is currently learning how to play the piano and violin.

"The teacher says that he is talented. I am pleased to hear this. He can learn to play musical instruments after school. It doesn't matter what he does in the future, at least you can cultivate his nature and give him more opportunities to do various things," he said.

When asked if he would teach Jasper how to be a good dancer like him, Jordan said that his son has already inherited that talent.
