Demi Lovato was reportedly hospitalized in Los Angeles following an apparent drug overdose at her home on Tuesday evening, and fans and fellow celebrities are speaking out with messages of support.

Joining the many people wishing the singer well via social media are Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas (AKA The Jonas Brothers), who go way back with Demi thanks to starring alongside her in Disney's Camp Rock.

"Like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi," Joe tweeted, while Nick said "All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well. She is a fighter." Kevin also tweeted a message sending love and prayers.

Demi and The Jonas Brothers became friends in 2008 (while filming Camp Rock), and Demi ended up briefly dating Joe while filming the movie's sequel. They've remained close throughout the years.
