Some songs just never get old, especially when they transport us to back to the magical music era that was the early 2000s. Seriously so many timeless hits came from that decade, which is why we are in our nostalgic feels over JoJo performing “Get Out (Leave)” — in 2016.

As a part of MTV‘s Wonderland, the 25-year-old hit the stage and gave us our entire lives with a rocked-out version of her 2004 hit. Never one to bore us, the sassy songstress brilliantly blended the end of the pop tune with Fat Joe, Remy Ma and French Montana’s hip-hop anthem “All the Way Up.” We don’t have to tell you that this performance was over-the-top energetic and basically sounded like anything else that comes from JoJo’s velvety vocal chords.

As if that merciless slayage wasn’t enough for us, the singer also performed “Fuck Apologies,” the Wiz Khalifa-assisted single she released in July.

Werk, JoJo. Needless to say, this has us even more pumped to buy her new album Mad Love, which drops Oct. 14.
