In her latest Instagram post, Joanna Gaines revealed a surprising find in one of their renovation projects. While taking down some plaster in an old gristmill, they found beautiful stonework behind the walls!

She didn't tag the location, but that hasn't stopped Joanna's followers from speculating. A handful commented that it may be an old gristmill located in Gruene, Texas, with other followers responding that it's her and husband Chip Gaines's ongoing project in Valley Mills, Texas. (We've reached out to the couple's PR team to confirm the exact location.)

The Valley Mills project is located at 401 E Avenue A, and according to online listings, it was up for sale between $171,000 and $229,000. The property originally had four bedrooms and 3 baths, and KWTX reported that the couple plans on turning it into their third bed and breakfast. At an October 2018 city council meeting about the renovation, employees from the Gaineses' company, Magnolia, said it'd be mostly cosmetic changes.

Back in June of last year, Joanna posted a picture of herself on the front steps of the three-story limestone home, captioning, "Scoping out one of our latest projects...this renovation is going to be a good one. Look at these interior and exterior walls!"

If the end result is anything like Magnolia Home or Hillcrest Estate, we would like to pre-book our stay ASAP.
