19 Mar – Philippine-based South Korean model Jinri Park recently announced that she will be postponing her wedding due to the pandemic.

As reported on GMA News, the "Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7" alumna shared the news on Instagram, writing, "Due to the circumstances we had to cancel our wedding this coming weekend. We will still get the legal documents ready and sign the registry on the day of the wedding but the event and gathering will be postponed."

Park admitted that it was an upsetting decision to make as she had prepared and stressed over the wedding for months.

"But at the end of day, I have to look at the bright side and say, hey! At least I had a practice on how to go about a wedding preparation. When the virus dies down, I'll have that wedding and my dad will get to walk me down the aisle," she added.

She also gave a shout out to other brides facing similar situation with her, saying, "Stay strong! I know it's been stressful months but we now have a story to tell our grandchildren. Stay healthy."

Park and her husband John already held an intimate Korean wedding in December, though the model stated that it was not an official ceremony.
