Jimmy Fallon gives Singaporean artist Yung Raja a shoutout

The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon gave a shoutout to Singaporean artist Yung Raja, but not in the way you imagined it to be.

The Emmy award-winning host propped up Raja's record "Mami" on his table, and started to roast the singer, beginning with the cover artwork where the singer was photographed lounging in a bathtub, in a wet shirt, instead of other places in the hotel area.

Fallon also commented on how the rapper has repeatedly sung the song title as the song's main hook.

“Now that’s how you write a song right there,” Fallon said with an uninterested look.

A tweet from The Tonight Show was also posted which included the video mentioning the Singaporean artist and playing a snippet of “Mami” for the audience. The video on Twitter has since received over 49,000 views and 489 retweets.

Raja also shared the video on his Instagram, with the caption: “I think [Jimmy Fallon] isn’t a big fan of Mami BUT HELLO WE MADE IT TO THE TONIGHT SHOW”. He also added, “Questlove do be vibin tho”.
