Jhong Hilario and partner welcome baby girl
29 Mar – Jhong Hilario recently announced that he and partner of seven years, Maia Azores have recently welcomed their first child.
The actor-turned-politician shared the good news on Instagram on 27 March with a photo of his newborn daughter, writing, "Hello, my love!". He also shared that they have named their baby Sarina.
Friends including Alessandra de Rossi, Carmen Soo, Banj Manalo also congratulated Hilario in the comments, with the latter posting, "Congrats!"
Meanwhile, Azores also posted several photos of baby Sarina on Instagram Story, including one of Hilario cradling his new daughter.
The couple first shared the happy news that they were expecting on Christmas Day last year with a photo of Hilario sitting close to his partner's belly, while Azores was wearing a ribbon with the note saying, "Do not open until March 2021".
The actor also admitted that he was excited about becoming a father in a later interview, saying, "I told you, this pandemic, it's not all bad, because there is a blessing to come."
