'Moonshine' star Jennifer Finnigan enjoys a 'tiny break' before 'holiday madness'

Jennifer Finnigan is squeezing in one more break in the sun before the holidays.

On Wednesday, the "Moonshine" star took to Instagram with a photo of herself sitting barefoot on a catamaran at sunset. In the snap, the 43-year-old wore a pair of denim shorts, a white off-the-shoulder top and a headband while visiting Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean.

"One more tiny break before the holiday madness," the Montreal-born actress captioned the snap for her more than 50,000 followers, adding, "Time goes so blessedly slow on a boat."

Finnigan's post was met with warm fans who shared comments wishing her a great trip and applauding her for taking time for herself.

"So important to take time for yourself, especially around the holidays — good for you! This photo is stunning. You look so relaxed!" one Instagram user penned.

Another added: "What a place to take a break to get ready for the holidays!"

"Enjoy every minute!" someone else wrote.

"Stunning photo, Jennifer! Enjoy your well-deserved rest!" commented another.

A fan added: "Beautiful! And well deserved. Have an amazing trip!"

"That looks like a little slice of heaven!" another shared.

When Finnigan isn't yachting around the Caribbean, she's spending time in Nova Scotia. In October, the actress posted a photo of herself embracing autumn in Canada with a cider-tasting excursion in Wolfville, N.S.

"What says autumn more than a cider tasting in Nova Scotian wine country?! Nothin', I tell ya. Nothin'," she captioned a photo of herself in a pair of skinny jeans, brown leather combat boots and a grey coat paired with a beige toque holding a tray of cider.

In the comments, Finnigan's Canadian autumn-themed post garnered a supportive response from fans.

"Autumn in Canada — there's nothing like it," one fan commented.

"Glad to see you enjoying Nova Scotian hospitality," someone else wrote, while another added, "Love your entire outfit!"

"Love your outfit, and love that you're embracing Canada!" one person shared. "It's such a beautiful and underrated place, especially at this time of year! So happy you're enjoying it."
