Jeannie Chan denies dating Alex Fong
24 Apr - Hong Kong actress Jeannie Chan has denied rumours that she and Alex Fong are now dating.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the promotional event of the new drama, "The No No Girl" recently, shared that the two of them have been friends since they were introduced by a mutual friend two years ago.
Jeannie said that it is normal for friend to go out sometimes, which is what they did recently.
"If we are dating, we wouldn't chose somewhere as public as downtown Central," she added.
Asked what she likes about Alex, Jeannie reiterated, "We are only friends, so I didn't pay any attention. But he gives me the impression of being very active and has done a lot of good things."
When asked if Alex is not her cup of tea, she smiled and responded, "I am drinking soda now."
