Jean Reno makes his Spike Lee debut in the filmmaker’s new Vietnam War movie and it was a tough shoot.

According to the French actor, known for roles in Leon and new movieCold Blood Legacy, there were people fainting on Da 5 Bloods set because of hot temperatures while shooting on location in Thailand.

“We have been shooting in Thailand,” Reno told PA. “He was very unique.

“But very difficult – the most difficult thing is the heat inside the jungle. It is very difficult.

“You have to preserve yourself and be careful because some people, they fainted because of the heat and humidity.”
