4 Mar – JC de Vera has now started on his physical therapy, after previously rupturing his right Achilles tendon.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actor posted a video of his leg-related exercises, writing, "1st exercise since my surgery. I am literally back to zero. No strength at all on my right leg. It really frustrates me [especially when I know] before this happened, I go to the gym all the time and I make sure that I'm productive every day. [But now it's all gone because of my injury.]"
However, de Vera stated that he will do his best to regain his previous condition even if it takes him baby steps.
Among the exercises that de Vera had to do - as he mentioned in the post - are 20 repetitions of straight leg lifts, standing hamstring curls, and ten repetitions of ankle circles.
The "Pamilya Ko" actor first shared about his injury in late February, though gave no information as to what caused it.
