Jason Oppenheim Is Selling His Los Angeles Home for Nearly $8 Million

Selling Sunset’s Jason Oppenheim is already saying goodbye to the Los Angeles home he purchased last fall. The modern home in the city’s Mount Olympus neighborhood is on the market for nearly $8 million.

The real estate broker and reality TV star had planned on using the home as his private residence when he bought it for around $5.1 million in October 2020. After a seven-figure renovation and having the interiors done by Alice Kwan—who’s also a real estate agent with the Oppenheim Group—he decided to rent out the home for $49,000 per month instead, Realtor.com reports.

Built in 1974, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is full of modern fixtures and finishes. It boasts two main bedrooms with walk-in closets, bathrooms, fireplaces, and French doors. The open kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and there’s an office with its own private deck. Not to mention, there are plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows throughout with views of downtown L.A. and the Pacific Ocean.

Outside, there’s a big grassy yard with a solar-heated, saltwater pool, an elevated spa that includes a cabana, a fire pit, and outdoor seating for entertaining. Oh, and there’s space to dine al fresco.

This isn’t the first time Oppenheim has purchased, renovated, and sold a luxe property in a generally short time period. Only time will tell what home he ends up flipping next!
