Jasmine Curtis-Smith not ready to settle down
18 Apr – Although it has been four years since she started dating boyfriend Jeff Ortega, Jasmine Curtis Smith recently admitted that she is not ready for marriage.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress, who spoke about their relationship recently, shared that Ortega knows that she still has many things to do and dreams to fulfill.
"I was very honest with him [about that]. I have more dreams and needs to accomplish on my own, that might be difficult, but just an individual, as a sister, a daughter, to myself," she said.
Curtis stated that there are still a lot of things she would like to discover about herself, and that she would like to further understand it more rather than drag him into everything.
"Of course, I want to accomplish my own personal dream on my own, not with help from my boyfriend or my siblings," she said.
However, the actress assured that the two of them have talked about settling down, although it won't be somewhere in the near future.
"I am not ready to talk about it yet. I don't know when it will be," she said.
