Janella Salvador to work with Maricel Soriano in new movie
2 May – Janella Salvador couldn't help but expressed excitement over her upcoming movie, particularly because she will be working with actress Maricel Soriano.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actress, who spoke about her new horror movie, "The Heiress" recently, shared that Soriano will play the role of a mambabarang - or a witch who uses sorcery - while she plays her niece in the movie.
In the movie, Salvador's character is clueless to the fact that she is more powerful than her aunt, but will inherit the craft nevertheless.
Salvador also admitted to be nervous about their upcoming collaboration, and hopes that "The General's Daughter" actress would be patient with her.
To that, Soriano said that she would gladly help, adding, "I really would like to guide young actors."
The two stars also hope that the movie will get the chance to be part of this year's Metro Manila Film Festival.
