Janella Salvador: I did worry about going separate ways
23 May – Janella Salvador recently admitted that she was at first hesitant about going her separate way from onscreen partner, Elmo Magalona, even for a short while.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the actress, who spoke to Boy Abunda on his talk show about her love team and subsequent movie project with Jameson Blake, shared that both she and Magalona did feel concerned about being separated.
"We really don't know where this is going to go. We didn't want of course to go our separate ways in terms of work," she said.
However, Salvador admitted that after discussing it with Magalona, they decided that it would be a good thing for both of them.
She also admitted that Magalona is very accepting of her pairing with Blake, saying, "People are going to say something. There are going to be more bashers, you know. But in the end, he's very understanding."
While Salvador and Blake are releasing their new movie, "So Connected" on 23 May, Magalona will soon come out with new movie, "Walwal".
