24 Dec – It is going to be a great Christmas for Jake Ejercito, who will be able to celebrate the festive season with daughter Ellie.

The actor recently shared the good news on social media with a photo of him giving a big smooch on his daughter's cheek, captioning it, "Home for Xmas."

It is noted that Jake, who is co-parenting Ellie with ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann, usually would have to travel far to see his daughter or vice versa due to Andi residing in Siargao, but was able to have his father-daughter time due to Andi and her children currently staying in Manila following Typhoon Odette, which has severely affected Siargao.

Aside from the said photo, Jake also posted another selfie with Ellie at a mall on Instagram Story, writing, "First mall day in 2 years."

It is noted that Jake last visited his daughter in Siargao back in November, alongside the Ejercito family, to celebrate her tenth birthday.

On the other hand, there is no information as to how long Andi and her kids Lilo and Koa will be staying in Manila, while fiancé Philmar Alipayo is busy with relief efforts on the island. Philmar is dad to Andi's two younger children.

The actress, however, promised to use her earnings from her YouTube videos to help rebuild the island.
