3 Jan – Now that she is back in Hong Kong, Jacqueline Wong is set to do the things she wants - or so she says on social media on New Year's Day.
As reported on Mingpao, the controversial actress recently posted a new photo of herself posing in front of the "Seven Magic Mountains" installation in Las Vegas, and wrote, "Because life isn't stopping for anyone. Go see the world. Do the things you want. Live."
She added the hashtag "just keep swinging".
She also reposted the photo on Instagram Story and stated that one should not worry about how others view yourself, and that the most important thing is to be happy.
It is noted that 2019 had not been kind to the actress, after she was caught in a scandal with married singer Andy Hui that ended with her fleeing Hong Kong and laying low for many months, before deciding to return at the end of the year.
Meanwhile, sister and fellow actress Scarlett Wong, who bore the brunt of netizens' anger for Jacqueline's mistake, also posted a similar message on the New Year, saying, "2019 has been a difficult time for me and for many people, but in fact, no matter how hard it is, I will bite the bullet and stick to it. Entering 2020, may you all be healthy and happy, and grow more than ever, kindness still, and evolve into better people. Let's walk into a better year of our lives and happy new year everyone."
