Jackie Chan is the second highest paid actor of 2016


26 Aug - Jackie Chan has recently been named one of the highest paid actors of 2016 by Forbes.

The actor, who is the only Chinese actor in the list, raked in a full USD61 million at number 2, bested only by "Central Intelligence" actor, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Although Jackie's latest film "Skiptrace" didn't do very well among critics and global audiences, it was a big success in his own home country, China.

Aside from Chan, two other Asian actors who made the top ten list are Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan at number 8 with USD33 million, and Bollywood action star, Akshay Kumar at number 10 with USD31.5 million.

Forbes' Highest-Paid Actors of 2016 are as follows:

4. Tom Cruise (USD 53 million)
