Jackie Chan, Nicholas Tse cheer on Wuhan medical personnels
31 Jan – More stars have recently filmed video messages to express their gratitude towards the medical personnels who have been working hard to treat those who have been infected by the Novel Coronavirus in Wuhan.
As reported on Mingpao, action star Jackie Chan multi-hyphenate Nicholas Tse, and actresses Yang Mi and Zhao Wei were among the many celebrities who recently shot encouragement videos for the frontliners.
Jackie, who gave his salute to these hospital staff, expressed, "There are medical workers who are adamant in sticking to the frontline work. Hope is here, spring is here. Thank you, angels in white. You are the real hero."
He also stressed his belief that China will be able to win the battle against the epidemic.
"Come on, Wuhan! Come on, China!" he added.
As for Nicholas, the actor conveyed, "People in Wuhan, do your best! Everybody must persist in going through this difficult time. I hope everybody will wash their hands and perform their own safety and hygiene measures as well."
