J.Lo Steps Out In a Fur Coat and Crystal-Embellished Timberland Boots in NYC

Jennifer Lopez is ready for some crisp NYC fall weather.

The multi-hyphenate was spotted wearing a cozy fall-appropriate outfit in Midtown yesterday. Lopez wore a tan shearling coat by Coach, featuring a patterned fur collar and detailing, with shiny black leggings and Jimmy Choo x Timberland boots embellished with Swarovski crystals. She accessorized the look with oversized sunglasses and thin silver hoop earrings, as well as a gold chain attached to a coat pocket.

The "Let's Get Loud" singer was in town for her highly-anticipated performance at the Global Citizen Live event today. She also sported the coat on stage at her rehearsal in Central Park, switching out the Swarovski Timbs for black knee-high boots.

She later switched out the coat for a printed silk robe as she practiced her dance choreography, revealing a black crop top underneath. She reportedly ran through several of her hit songs, including "Dinero" and "Aint' It Funny," with special guests L.L. Cool J and Ja Rule.

This year's outreach concert by Global Citizen will include performances from all over the world within a 24 hour period, with Lizzo, Lorde, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, Billie Eilish, Stevie Wonder, Shawn Mendes, BTS, and more scheduled to take the stage. According to Rolling Stone, the music festival is part of the anti-poverty organization's year-long campaign to "help end Covid-19 by calling on governments, philanthropists, and the private sector for financial commitments to help 'kickstart an equitable global recovery.'"

The "Waiting for Tonight" singer also performed at Vax Live: The Concert to Reunite the World in Los Angeles last May, which was produced by Global Citizen to raise money for vaccine doses for global healthcare workers.
