Ivanka Trump has officially landed in London.

The 37-year-old daughter of US President Donald Trump is in the UK to coincide with her father coming for a state visit.

But the fashion-forward First Daughter had one item at the top of her agenda upon arrival: visiting the sold-out Christian Dior exhibition at the Victoria & Albert museum.

Ivanka posted a picture of herself outside the popular British attraction yesterday evening.

She wore a yellow floral print silk dress by Les Reveries, which retails for £856 on the Farfetch website.

Ivanka, who paired with electric blue pointed stiletto heels, was pictured with an unidentified friend who shared her taste for bright colours, wearing an emerald green dress.

She posted images from inside the Dior exhibition on her Instagram Stories, which confirmed she had visited.

The ‘Christian Dior: Designers of Dreams’ exhibition, was extended to 1 September due to its huge popularity. Tickets are currently sold-out on the Victoria & Albert museum website, although a “very limited” supply are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, we somehow think it unlikely that Trump had to queue at all.

Ivanka set off to fly to the UK early yesterday morning, according to a tweet by journalist Edward Lawrence, who tweeted a video of her at an unknown airport dressed in all-black and pulling her hand luggage behind her.

As for what Ivanka – who works as an advisor for her father at the White House – will be doing while she’s in the UK, she revealed on her Instagram story that she will be part of the “US delegation” during the state visit.

It is unclear whether her husband Jared Kushner, 38, who also works as an advisor to the US President, will be joining the group at a later date.

Meanwhile, Ivanka’s father Donald arrived with First Lady Melania Trump earlier this morning, with their arrival at Stansted sparking jokes about Melania’s so-called “cabin crew” outfit. The pair will attend a state dinner at Buckingham Palace this evening.
