Isabelle Daza treats her helpers right

20 Feb – First, she creates job contracts for her house helpers. Now Isabelle Daza revealed that she actually doubles their savings.

As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who talks about her method of dealing with her helpers with talk show host Boy Abunda recently, shared that she does so to motivate them to do a better job.

Said Daza, "I gave them a bank account, I said 'Okay, by December I'll see how much you've accumulated and double it. It helps them have a target. And that makes them feel that this isn't finite, this amount every month."

"I want to help them reach their goals," she added.

As for her decision to create job contracts, Daza said that she learned to do so from husband Adrien Semblat, who said that such a contract would be able to protect both parties.

"If something happens, you can't be mad at them when you forget your charger when that's not their job. It also gives them dignity to have a piece of paper. Of course, people are always scared to lose their jobs, right? So I also had to explain to my helpers that 'Listen, I can't fire you just because I'm in a bad mood or I'm hungry," she said.

Daza also stated that what she did was not about money, but also about treating people well and having humanity.
