Irene Wan pairs up with younger actor in new movie
19 Apr – Hong Kong actress Irene Wan will have a May-December romance with actor Kenny Kwan in her upcoming movie, "The Fallen".
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the film's production commencement ceremony, shared that she has lost 4 pounds to play the role of an undercover who eventually get addicted to drugs.
"After taking drugs, you might not realise what you have done, so some of these things include an intimate moment [with Kenny]. For now, I am not sure how far it would go," she said.
When asked if she has discussed the scenes with her own husband, she responded, "There is no need to do that. We're both adults. You have to grab the opportunity as it comes."
Irene also admitted that the subject matter is close to her heart, as she personally knows someone who died from drugs.
