The only home for sale in Montana’s Glacier National Park just hit the market for $12 million.

Located at 348 Grist Road in Glacier, Montana, the lodge—which sits on three-quarters of an acre—was built in 2014 and boasts six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms spanning 3,287 square feet. Amenities include a meditation room and a one-car garage—not to mention more than one million acres of outdoor space.

The lodge is located just several minutes from Lake McDonald and only half an hour from Glacier International Airport.

Its current owner, Gail Lynne Goodwin, recently told Mansion Global that the house “had not been lived in by humans in the prior 42 years, so there was every kind of critter in there.” She divulged how surprised she was when she first came across its listing in 2013, given its unusual location.

This is the first time a private property is for sale in Glacier National Park in more than 32 years.
