Inah de Belen says doing horror is a dream come true
26 Apr – Inah de Belen recently admitted that she had her dream came true through the new horror movie, "Maledicto".
As reported on Inquirer, the actress, who spoke about the project recently, shared that she has always wanted to do the horror genre like her mother, actress Janice de Belen.
It is noted that the older de Belen has starred in various horror flicks like "The Healing", "Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles", and the "Shake, Ratle and Role" franchise.
"[It is] one of my dreams entering showbiz. My mum used to do a lot of horror flicks, so I feel blessed and overwhelmed with the role that I got. I am excited and nervous," she said.
When asked if she would welcome a collaboration with her mother in the future, de Belen said that they have already worked together a few times.
"We did an episode of "Dear Uge" a couple of years ago. It was light, no crying and whatnot. But it was still hard. I don't think I am ready at the moment," she said.
de Belen plays the role of an exorcism victim in the new movie, which co-stars Tom Rodriguez, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and Miles Ocampo.
