Ina Raymundo shares tips to a great bod

The actress eats healthy and does Zumba for fitness

19 Feb – If you want to know how mum-of-five Ina Raymundo got the physique she has now, she would gladly tell you that it's from hard work and discipline.

As reported on Rappler, the actress who spoke about her fitness routine at the press conference of her appointment as the brand ambassador of Century Tuna recently, shared that her road to healthy living started after she made the mistake of not learning about healthy eating during her first pregnancy.

"I ended up getting gestational diabetes, so I had to see a dietician who taught me how to eat right, otherwise it would have been dangerous," she said, adding that she had since learned how to eat well and stuck with it.

Aside from eating right, Raymundo also opted for an entertaining approach to exercise by doing Zumba.

"My husband is into fitness. Whether I like it or not, we're all joining," she added.

When asked if she has any advice to people who wants to get back in shape, Raymundo said that everybody should start by being mindful of what they eat.
