As Singapore enters Phase 2 of reopening measures, Ikea Singapore is also taking precautionary safety measures in welcoming customers to their F&B outlets.

If you’ve missed their Swedish meatballs, you’d be happy to know that Ikea Singapore will reopen their Swedish Food Market and Bistro today (26 June) and their Ikea restaurant this coming Monday (29 June) at both its stores .

“We are committed to opening in the safest way possible and as we slowly resume our food operations, we will be taking added steps to ensure the well-being of our customers and co-workers. For the time being, we will provide a selected menu, close our condiment stations and Bistro dining areas so as not to encourage crowding, and so forth,” their media statement reads.

“Småland will remain closed until further notice. We thank everyone for their patience and we look forward to serving our customers again.”

For those looking to shop, do take note there is a change in store opening hours as below:

  • IKEA Alexandra: 10am-9pm (Sun-Thu) & 10am-11pm (Fri-Sat).

  • IKEA Tampines: 11am-9pm (Sun-Thu) & 11am-11pm (Fri-Sat).

For Ikea Family members who wish to exchange or return their purchases, Ikea has arranged for a new appointment booking system.
