Hunter Schafer embraced Capitol fashion for the New York premiere of The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, the prequel film that takes place 64 years before the events of the original Hunger Games trilogy.
The actor made a statement last night when she arrived at the Metrograph, where she wore an incredible minidress covered in bright pink and crimson 3-D flowers protruding out via long thin wires. The jaw-dropping piece hails from Marni’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
Schafer let the dress do most of the talking, accessorizing simply with small pink drop earrings and a pair of classic ivory white pumps. She additionally pulled her long blonde hair back into a tight slicked bun.
The Euphoria star has been on a major fashion streak since embarking on the press tour for Songbirds & Snakes.
At the Los Angeles premiere, she turned heads in a sparkling Alexander McQueen gown covered in heart-racing cutouts down the sides of the torso and thighs, as well as tiers of crystal-embellished silver tulle. At the time, she upped the ante with her accessories, coordinating with a set of bulky silver bracelets and sequined black mesh boots.
Despite her glamorous red carpet style, Schafer opts for a more casual look during her time off.
She previously told Bazaar, “When I get dressed for a day off, I try and put in as little thought as possible. That means jeans, a T-shirt, and boots. I’m a boot girl. Even if it’s hot, I don’t care. It’s for fashion.”
