Huda Kattan just ranked number 37 on Forbes's list of America's Richest Self-Made Women-the same list that Kylie Jenner topped for her cosmetics line Kylie Cosmetics. Huda too owns a cosmetics line called Huda Beauty, working alongside her sisters Mona and Alya. Best known for their highlighter kits, foundations, and liquid lipsticks, Huda Beauty was started in 2013 and gained mass appeal through the brand's strategic social media strategy. But even with a personal net worth of $550 million and Huda Beauty valued at $1 billion, the Dubai-based makeup mogul isn't stopping there-she's launching a new fragrance brand under the Huda Beauty family.

The news of the new perfume broke on Huda's Facebook Watch reality television show aptly called Huda Boss (yes, she does TV too). "I love perfume. I love it so much that I have dedicated an entire room in my house to perfume," Mona reveals in the episode. "I feel like this project is a special baby for us and having a brand born out of social media, it's really important for us to capture content every step of the way." Mona even has her own perfume-loving hashtag where she shows off some of her massive collection-#perfumeprincess.

"It’s official guys!! We’re launching our own fragrance!!" Mona captioned a video snippet of the episode on Instagram. "Years in the making! I’ve been dying to share this with you all! Check out the latest episode of @hudaboss for more behind the scenes!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 #perfumeprincess ♥️👯♀️ I can’t wait to share this with you all!!! We’ve put our hearts into this! Stay tuned for more details!!"

In the episode, Mona goes to Grasse, France, which is widely known as the perfume capitol of the world. The rich soil allows for the world's best roses and jasmine to bloom, and most classic fragrance houses like Chanel and Dior formulate and manufacture their new scents in Grasse. No word yet on when the Huda Beauty perfume will launch or what it will smell like, but based on all the discussions of rose in the episode we can surmise that rose will be a star ingredient.

Celebrity perfumes are making a major comeback in 2018-but Huda and Mona's creation could be the first major perfume launch from a beauty influencer. Kim Kardashian West has made upwards of $10 million in a few hours selling her KKW Fragrances directly to her fans, while Britney Spears just released a new unisex scent called Prerogative. This fall, Ariana Grande's new perfume Cloud is expected to be one of the biggest new launches of the year.
