Hong Kong star Shawn Yue to become a father
One of the most recognisable faces of Hong Kong cinema, Shawn Yue, is going to be a father.
The 36-year-old actor confirmed on Tuesday (27 March) that his wife Taiwanese model Sarah Wang is expecting.
Yue was speaking at a press conference for a new sci-fi web series The Great Adventurer Wesley: Fragment Man. The actor has starred in films including Infernal Affairs, Initial D and Wu Kong.
The pregnancy news follows the sudden announcement in December last year that he married Wang, 29, in Melbourne, Australia.
The model is reportedly six months pregnant and due to give birth in June. Yue apparently kept the pregnancy secret from the media to protect his family.
