Producer, catwalk star, and transgender rights activist, American DJ Honey Dijon is adding a new string to her bow by becoming a designer for the online global marketplace Etsy. What's coming up? Committed creations combining current trends with the artist's personal style for a 100% eclectic look.

Etsy will be hitting the fall season with a new collection of fashion and home goods by DJ Honey Dijon. Known all over the world for her sets, whether in clubs or during the fashion shows of the biggest fashion houses, the American artist is also very committed to the defense of trans-identity rights. It is therefore not surprising to discover that her creations for Etsy are not lacking in stance.

Like each of the exclusive collaborations offered by Etsy, this collection was imagined in partnership with ten designers found on the global marketplace: jewelry with the brand LakaLuka, socks with Sock Season, scarves with All Very Goods, leather goods with the brand Klès, or a vase with Hannah Simpson Studio.

While some pieces of the collection are more sober, whether in the chosen colors or the absence of patterns and prints, others, like the socks, are offered in a range of vibrant shades. A selection of creations are revealed with committed messages, including"Black Trans Lives Matter" earrings or scarves on which appear the inscriptions "Be Yourself" and "Love Yourself."

"I love galleries, I love art, and gift stores outside of exhibitions or museums are some of my favorite places. This Etsy collaboration is a tribute to that experience, as well as to the queer culture of my favorite periods: the 70s, 80s and 90s," Honey Dijon confides in a statement.

The fruit of this collaboration between Etsy and Honey Dijon can be discovered online on Etsy.
