It seems the ‘Meghan Effect’ has infiltrated the small screen with Holly Willoughby becoming the latest celebrity to take style notes from the royal’s wardrobe.

This morning, the television presenter gave fashion followers a dose of sartorial déjà vu in a Reiss blouse similar to a dress (also by the high street label) the Duchess of Sussex wore on International Women’s Day.

Proving she’s the one to wear the fashion crown, Willoughby teamed the £135 swirl-emblazoned top with a co-ordinating £265 suede mini skirt (also Reiss) and white ankle boots by Office – a subtle nod to the sixties.

But how does a royal pull of the look?

The Duchess of Sussex joined a panel discussion at King’s College in London on March 8, 2019 wearing the £185 dress.

To finish the ensemble, she wore a £1,245 Alexander McQueen blazer, her go-to £505 Manolo Blahnik shoes and a £707 Stella McCartney clutch.

In unsurprising news, the Reiss ‘Azzura’ dress soon sold out online with British shoppers desperate to bag the Kensington Palace-approved number.

But those keen to recreate Willoughby’s style are in luck with a number of sizes still available to shop.

So what are you waiting for?
