Holly Willoughby has finally returned to This Morning after spending the Christmas break with her family.

The 39-year-old is back with a bang, as she donned a chic polka dot dress from L.K. Bennett paired with suede court heels on Wednesday 6 January.

The outfit looks very similar to an Alessandra Rich design the Duchess of Cambridge wore back in 2018, which retailed for over £1,000.

The Duchess first wore the Alessandra Rich polka dot dress in family portraits taken to celebrate Prince Charles’ 70th birthday. She then rewore the look to the D-Day exhibition at Bletchley Park in 2019.

Willoughby shared a sneak preview of her outfit ahead of the show on her Instagram account, as she wished ITV viewers a Happy New Year.

The star was swiftly flooded with compliments from fans who couldn’t help but swoon over her look.

One commented: “Ahhhh can’t wait to see you on my screen again! Beautiful dress.”

Another added: “Gorgeous”, while a third shared: “So you,” and others added love heart emojis.

Holly’s dress is the Mathilde Navy & Cream Polka Dot Silk Tea Dress, which is new season.

It boasts a navy with white polka dot print, a long rounded Peter Pan collar and crystal button front fastenings from the neck to the waist.

The tea dress also features long sleeves, falls to the knees, and is available in all sizes from a UK 6 to 18, although we predict it will sell out fast.

Those who want to emulate the Dancing on Ice host’s look, or find a slightly more affordable alternative to Kate Middleton’s stylish number can do so for £350.

Alternatively, shoppers can opt for the pale blue floral printed version of the tea dress, which is on sale for £140.
