History Sets ‘Ice Road Truckers’ Season 10 Premiere Date

Get ready for more swerving and scheming from in the Great White North. History has set an August 4 premiere for Season 10 of its reality series Ice Road Truckers, which follows long-haul truckers as they drive their rigs on ice roads and icy rivers and lakes.

Over the years, the drivers have battled ferocious storms, sub-freezing temperatures and bitter rivalries but always managed to overcome these challenges to make their deliveries. The upcoming season sees them dealing the effects of climate change and El Niño creating record-warm temperatures, causing an extreme sense of urgency to make their runs. Each trucking company, regardless of their size, is impacted by this race against the elements.

Ice Road Truckers is produced for Corus Entertainment/History Canada and AETN/History by Original Productions and Prospero Media. Executive producers include Thom Beers, Martin Katz, Philip David Segal, Sarah Whalen and Lon Hall.
