Hins Cheung cancels Coliseum show due to ongoing protests

18 Nov – Hins Cheung is the latest artiste to have cancelled his concert due to the current civil unrest in Hong Kong.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who was originally scheduled to perform at the Hong Kong Coliseum from 21 to 25 November, shared the bad news via his record label EEG, saying that they made the decision due to the unpredictable traffic condition caused by the ongoing protests and after taking into account everybody's safety.

Hins and the organiser apologised for the inconvenience and thanked everybody for their understanding.

EEG also added that they will announce the relevant refund procedures within two weeks.

Hins' manager Mani Fok stated that it is regrettable for all parties to have to come to the decision as they have all worked hard in preparation for the concert.

"We thought that we would be able to continue, but it was for the best," she added.
