We kicked off season three of Hello Zafigo last Saturday with a few popular foodies in the country.
If we had to summarise our first episode of Hello Zafigo season three in three words, it’d be: sugar, spice, and everything nice. These were the ingredients that our speakers, “queen of spice” Sapna Anand; chief eating officer of The BIG Group, Benjamin Yong; and Food Hero Asia winner, Ili Sulaiman brought to the table.
Travelling means the world to us. Some of us do it for new experiences like hiking in the Himalayas, to visit our family and friends who live abroad, or to eat our way through a new city. In our hour-long web panel last Saturday, we delved into the latter and reminisced some of the food trips our speakers have been on, their favourite dishes, and how they’ve kept things spicy in their own kitchens while being unable to travel.
