Halle Berry Gushes Over Van Hunt's "Amazing Article" About Her

Halle Berry is feeling thankful for her boyfriend, Van Hunt.

The Bruised director and star shared a selfie and a candid pic of herself and her musician beau yesterday, along with a heartfelt essay that Hunt wrote for her website re-spin. In the piece, titled "Feet to the Fire," the musician celebrates his girlfriend and praises her dedication to her new film.

In the pics, Berry wears an orange full-length coat, cinched at the waist and fully zipped, as she poses with the musician on what appears to be a balcony.

"when your man writes the MOST amazing article about you on such a special day 🥰," she wrote.

In the poetic essay, which is subtitled, "the article I wish someone would write about Halle Berry," Hunt gushes over the Academy Award-winning actor.

"Halle waits on nothing and leads the rhythm where she wants it to go. she knows that magic is made, and she was not made for waiting on it to happen. it could be interpreted as 'controlling,' but a more obvious explanation is that this man’s world has made this woman acutely aware that survival is a thing that must be secured, not hoped for," he wrote.

"No one ever discusses this tenacity when describing her. they speak of beauty and favorite movies, but never of heart. it is nigh impossible to peer inside Halle without noticing her heart; and the principles that make it thump," he added.

The BAPS actress recently opened up about life with her private life with Hunt in an interview with Women's Health. The star said that her blissful relationship with the musician coincides with her current satisfaction in life as both an artist and a mother to her two children–Nahla Ariela Aubry, 13, and Maceo Robert Martinez, 8.

"I feel happy in my life romantically, as a mother, as an artist. I'm a much better mother in this circumstance than I would have been had I stayed in a romantic relationship that didn't serve me and didn't make me feel the way I need to feel as a woman," she said.
