Gwyneth Paltrow & Dakota Johnson Hung Out and the Photos Are So Cute

• Gwyneth Paltrow, who was married to Chris Martin for over 10 years, and Dakota Johnson, who's now dating Martin, were spotted hanging out at a birthday party this week.

• Shots from the get-together show the actresses smiling and Paltrow putting her arm around Johnson.

• Paltrow is known to be close with her ex-husband and has even shared a photo of him with her current spouse, Brad Falchuk, together for brunch.

Gwyneth Paltrow not only remained close with her ex-husband Chris Martin, she also became buddies with his new girlfriend, Dakota Johnson. The actress and Goop founder was recently seen enjoying her time with the Fifty Shades of Grey star while attending Derek Blasberg's birthday party Monday night, per People.

Instagram photos posted by Blasberg, who's head of fashion partnerships at Youtube and tight with the A-list, show Paltrow and Johnson seated next to each other at a dinner table and smiling. One shot even shows Gwyneth with her arm around Dakota.

Paltrow and Johnson weren't at the party alone. According to a snap in Blasberg's Instagram Story, other guests included Paltrow's husband producer Brad Falchuk, whom she married in September, Neil Patrick Harris, and his husband David Burtka.

Paltrow and Martin announced their plans for separation (AKA "conscious uncoupling") in 2014 after 11 years of marriage. They share two children together: Apple, 14, and Moses, 13.

The Coldplay frontman was first reported to be dating Johnson in 2017, but the pair have kept extremely private about their relationship since then. Johnson only broke her silence about their romance last September, when she told Tatler she's "very happy."

Paltrow has been very open about remaining close with Martin as they continue to go on with their lives after their divorce (which was finalized in 2016). The Avengers star famously posted an Instagram photo in 2017 with both Martin and Falchuk together for Sunday brunch. She wrote #modernfamily in the caption.
