Gregory Wong saddened over Coronavirus case in Changkang Village

14 Feb – Hong Kong actor Gregory Wong can't help but express sadness over news that some residents in Changkang Village were confirmed to have contracted the Coronavirus.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor who took to social media to express his thoughts about the news, said that he has a history with the said village after filming two of his acting projects, "Hong Kong West Side Stories" and "Below the Lion Rock" in the area.

"When the news broke yesterday that the first community infected came from Changkang Village, I really felt that it is a sad day for Hong Kong," he said.

It was reported that there are seven new cases of the Coronavirus infections in Hong Kong, all of which have no travel history and are local infection cases.

These include the sons and daughters-in-law of the lower-level residents of Kangmei Building, located in Changkang Village, Tsing Yi.
